Brent Faiyaz, 24, a singer/songwriter and record producer from Maryland, began uploading his music to SoundCloud in the hope of starting his music career in 2014.

After moving to LA he dropped debut EP, A.M. Paradox, showcasing non-traditional lyrics with expressive vocals. In 2018, Faiyaz’s EP, Lost, reached the Top 10 in 13 different countries including the US, South Africa, and Australia, and his collaboration with Goldlink and Shy Glizzy Crew earned a Grammy nomination. Praised as one of iHeart’s breakout R&B singers of 2019, Faiyaz plans to ‘live forever’ through his music, and released his lates (sic) project, F*** The World, on February 7, before embarking on a US tour in spring.
